Can using a laptop on your lap cause testicular cancer? - laptops and testicular cancer

I use a laptop for about 4 hours per day (breaks every half hour or so)
Regularly put it on my lap. I read it and it seems that some sources say you can give a testicular cancer or other cancers. Please can someone tell me if this is true, and the chances of that?
